Beldi Soaps
To make the beldi soap we use the same recipe used thousands of years ago, and has proven its worth over time. Originated in north Africa (hence the name of Morrocan soap) this gel soap comes in dark colours, black, brown, dark red or dark green appearance, depending on the olive oil used and the added clays and natural colours such as Red Clay, Ghassoul, Green Clay ..ect. This has also given it the common name of the Black Soap . We add essential oils to fragrance the soap and add extra skin and aromatherapeutic benefit. Example of oils added include: Eucalyptus, Lavender, Rose and Rosemary . Beldi Black soap remains the traditional soap used in the North African and Moroccan hamam spa, and without it, your spa experience is incomplete, along with the Moroccan traditional exfoliating (Kessa) glove which is an essential part of the Moroccan hamam spa routine. One of the main characteristics of the black beldi soap is that it suits all skin types. It is used for both a deep cleanse and for purifying your skin from dirt and dead skin cells. Moroccan black soap is rich in minerals and Vitamin E helping in cleaning and detoxifying your skin while leaving an extraordinary smooth and silky skin finish. By nourishing, moisturizing and exfoliating using the Kessa glove, your skin becomes soft and silky, giving your skin that youthful radiant glow, even after the first use! It can be used for your entire body and face.
